Unfortunately, we're unable to offer pet sitting in areas outside of Chula Vista, Eastlake, Otay Ranch, Rolling Ranch, San Miguel Ranch, and Bonita.

We can often accomodate pets with special needs, depending on the level of need.
Contact us with your specific situation, and we are happy to discuss possiblities with you.

We are happy to accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle for our services.
We ask that any form of payment that charges a fee be covered by the client.

We request that you provide your dogs own leash and any harness so that we can walk them with the supplies they are used to.

Unfortunately, we don't offer boarding services.
We DO offer exceptional, friendly, and professional in-home pet sitting and drop in visits so your pets can stay in the comfort of their own home and routine.

Additional pets take additional love and care! Since more pets means more services may be required, it's possible that there will be an added fee (depenent on size and number of pets).

We take care of common housepets, and are unfortunately unable to accomodate exotic animals.

Yes! We are happy to visit more than one time per day.
In fact we often recommend it for long-term travels or active pets.

Fuzzy Buddies is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, ensuring professional and safe care at all times.
In case of an emergency or unexpected situation, your pet is in experienced hands.
We have established relationships with local veternatians and urgent care facilities, and will take action to ensure your pet remains safe and well cared for until you are able to return, and we will keep you 100% informed of every step along the way.
If a concern about your pet or home arises, we always contact you first. If you are unavailable, we will reach out to your emergency contact.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes changes are needed.
During holiday and peak time times, a cancellation fee may apply if you cancel less than a week out.

We understand that some dogs don't do well with cars, skateboards, or other dogs.
During our free consultation, we meet with you and your pet to understand your situation so that we can provide the highest and best level of care.
For reasons you can probably understand, we do not sit for dogs who are aggressive towards us or their owners.

During high seasons, we get fully booked months in advance.
While we can occasionally accomodate last minute requests, we recommend that you book pet sitting services as soon as possible.
A minimum of one months notice is preferred.
Last minute changes/bookings:
We understand that life happens. We do our absolute best to accommodate changes and late requests, though it's not always possible.
If you have a late or last minute request for booking, please feel free to reach out with the understanding that we may or may not be able to accommodate if we are fully booked.

At Fuzzy Buddies, we prefer to provide an individualized experience for you and your pets.
We often have additional questions or clarifications to make sure we have all of the information we need to provide a great experience, which means we like to speak to you directly.
We're also just people! Think of us as your friendly neighborhood pet sitter, rather than a large agency.

For your first booking, please schedule your initial meet and greet consultation.

After you contact us to set up your initial meet and greet, you can schedule pet sitting visits through email, calls, or text.
Due to the nature of holidays and peak vacation times, we recommend that you schedule your meet and greet & book in advance, as we typically book up 100%.

Because your pets receive the same high quality care whether you're work for the day or away on vacation, the cost for a daily walk and a vacation sit is the same.

We're happy to take on extra small tasks to support your home while you are away!
It's important to note that our visits are timed visits, and we often have other pets to visit following yours.
This means we cannot stay beyond our scheduled time.
If tasks you would like completed will take significant extra time, we ask that you confirm with us in your booking, as well as add additional time to your visit to ensure we can meet all of your expectations.
Ultimately we are a pet sitting business, and keeping your pets loved and happy is our #1 priority.
We will always let you know if we're unable to meet your requested tasks so that we can focus on pet care.

Before booking with Fuzzy Buddies, we like meet with you and your animal(s) to ensure that we are a great fit!
During the 30-minute to 1-hour consultation, we discuss your pet’s routine, needs, and any special requests.
If everyone agrees it’s a fit, we move forward with filling out a contract that includes emergency contacts, dates requested, and more, and we are all set!

Yes! We stay in communication with you while you are away, and we love to send pictures of your furry family members!
